The @TSM Consulting team has successfully worked throughout metropolitan and regional communities to deliver a range of outcomes including facilities and management/marketing plans.

Tony Stacey

Tony commenced management consulting in 1988 on a part time basis. It became full time in 1994. His foundation for developing @TSM Consulting is his accounting, local government and fundraising qualifications together with experience as an accountant in private and government practice and local government CEO role.

The range of projects featured in his portfolio is substantial, from assisting small to large charities with strategic planning and fundraising (including establishment of National Loud Shirt Day to support Deaf Children) and management consulting to achieve specific goals, through to motivating communities to work together in determining their needs, then attracting grants and investments for infrastructure projects. Tony’s unique skills and broad experience have supported development of many publically and privately owned facilities.

Peter Nicolaci

Peter Nicolaci has over 20 years experience working in senior business and marketing roles for organisations such as Balfours, San Remo and Hardys Wines. He has worked in a variety of industries including FMCG, Wine and Not for Profit sectors. Peter joined @TSM Consulting in 2015 and since then has worked on a number of projects. He has a special interest in Marketing, Advertising and Business Development and can apply his broad skillset to any organisation.

Peter is known for the capacity to effectively analyse business situations, make recommendations and implement workable, cost effective solutions. He possesses a strategic based approach to business, with a strong focus on business development and continuous improvement. One of Peter’s strengths is his ability to establish the ‘big picture’ and deliver sustainable outcomes across all levels of business.
